ABOUT CEO
My name is Manish Jhaveri Bhagnari. I was born in Mumbai on 3rd September 1976 and was raised in Dubai, UAE. I moved to Mumbai to pursue higher education after completing my schooling in UAE.
Being a focused and determined commerce graduate, I also pursued technical certifications in computer hardware and programming languages, which helped me gain the edge I required for professional expertise. I began my ambitious career by undertaking a part-time sales executive’s role, Asian Umbrella and followed suit with a similar three-month internship, London Dairy, Sharjah, UAE. In my role as a sales executive with London Diary, I directly liased with grocery stores, supermarkets, and hypermarkets, which over time, led to proficiency in my sales and marketing skills. My internship helped me acquire valuable insight into developing and implementing marketing campaigns and balance multiple competing priorities.
As a professional with a wealth of transferable skills gained in the sales sector, I took up a trading industry career by securing employment with Roma Enterprises Dubai – UAE. I gained tremendous experience in the trade sector, including expertise in Industrial & Lifting Equipment and flowline products. This helped me become an accomplished employee, and I consistently delivered complex projects within demanding time and cost constraints. It added to my confidence while managing and mitigating risks and issues and ensuring progress in line with project plans.
In 2008, I took a leap of faith. I joined hands with my business partner & co-founder of Shahab Ahmed General Trading LLC, Pawan Nasta. This time, I began managing one of the company’s three verticals, Lifting & Industrial Equipment & Flowline.
My entrepreneurship experience and skills helped me step into a new trading venture in pipe fittings. In 2012 the joint venture led to Lift N Shift Equipment Trading LLC’s floating, specializing in under the hook tackles. In 2014, by effectively using my enterprising skills, I successfully established an offspring of Lift N Shift in the Capital City of Abu Dhabi @ Star Middle East Marine Equipment Trading LLC. The journey of entrepreneurship led to many successful partnerships and helped me progress professionally. In 2017, I collaborated with two joint ventures @Arabian Equipment Trading WLL Doha Qatar & @BNB Hydraulic Solutions LLC Dubai UAE (dormant as of today). My journey as a professional and an individual has been enriching and fulfilling.
