PVC Header Pipes

Overview
Our HDPE and GI Discharge Pipes are designed for rapid setup and reliable water transfer in temporary pumping and dewatering applications. Each 5.8-meter length features a galvanized steel lever-lock coupling (Millar or Bauer type) welded directly to the pipe ends, forming a robust, leak-resistant connection. Couplings are also secured with heavy-duty hose clamps for increased safety and higher pressure handling.
Pipe Materials
- HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene): Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and flexible for easy transport and deployment.
- GI (Galvanized Iron): Rigid, durable, and protected against rusting or corrosion via zinc galvanization.
Key Applications
Dewatering & Drainage
Construction sites, foundation pits, excavations, and trenches. Rapid water evacuation for easier, safer site work.
Agricultural & Irrigation
Temporary lines to move water from reservoirs or canals to fields. Rust-resistant properties suit outdoor, long-term usage.
Emergency Flood Control
Quick installation to redirect floodwater or storm runoff. Easily stored and deployed for municipal or rescue operations.
Industrial & Mining
Suction or discharge piping for pumps in mines or factories. Withstands moderate to high working pressures, depending on pipe material.
Features & Advantages
Lightweight & Easy to Handle
HDPE pipes significantly reduce logistics costs—ideal for remote or frequently changing job sites. GI pipes, while heavier, offer enhanced mechanical strength and durability.
High-Quality Couplings
Millar/Bauer welded lever-lock couplings provide a secure, leak-tight joint. Couplings are backed up with heavy-duty hose clamps for added safety under higher pressures.
5.8 m Standard Length
Optimized for container transport and on-site handling. Reduces the number of joints required for longer runs, minimizing potential leak points.
Low Internal Pipe Resistance
Smooth interior surface in both HDPE and GI pipes reduces friction losses. Improves pump efficiency and lowers energy consumption over extended runs.
